Shibuya~~!! ゝ(^O^)丿

Konnichiwa minna,

Hikari desu!

Sorry for not posting for ages.

After some random posts.

I decided to blog back about Japan and it’s Shibuya today!!. (*^^*)

This post is practically almost similar with my Harajuku post because we did not take much picture since WE ARE SO BUSY SHOPPING!! (;°ロ°). To a certain point we even lost our camera man! XDD. Nah he run away half way to go shopping~~ =__+

I present you, the traffic junction (is this called traffic junction??) filled with most crossing pedestrians!!

The surrounding area (scenery?) from Shibuya Station (Hachiko Exit)

The famous Hachiko Statue. It was based on a true story where he waited loyally at Shibuya station for his master to return. His master got sick and died, hence never return to the station again. Hachiko waited at the station everyday and this continued for 9 years till he died.  (´;ω;`)

Nowadays, it has become a popular meeting spot.

Finally reached our destination!
Shibuya 109! It’s a MUST visit place if you’re a gyaru fashion lover~ (=´∇`=). Remember to bring enough money because you will feel like buying everything XDD.

You can tell from the building they are having 7 days SALE!!!

You couldn’t believe how was the inside atmosphere feel like. To be honest, it’s really noisy like pasar since they’re having SALE. All the leng lui retailers are promoting their own fashion brand!

Unfortunately, we did not take any picture inside the building since we’re so busy shopping and cameraman has run off to Shibuya 109 Men. (~―~)
This building only sells women’s clothing. If you’re looking for men’s clothing, you have to go to another nearby building called Shibuya 109 Men. XD

Yay! Friends meeting and purikura!

Later on, having yum yum lunch at someplace LOL (><). Sorry I don’t know what is the building called, but the whole building is all about FOOD!

To be honest, we did not have much time to explore more areas in Shibuya because we spent most of the day in Shibuya 109 LOL. (>Д<;)

Okay, see you next time!

Na~ Na~ Na~ Nameko

Hikari again!

Has anyone heard of Nameko?

When someone asked me, what Japanese cartoon character that I like and I said Nameko, people will be like…hmmmm WHAT’S THAT?!? (~―~)

Ok, Nameko is a type of mushroom but recently Nameko is made into a character and it’s quite popular in Japan when I went there.

You can see Nameko everywhere!!

Wonder how’s Nameko looked like?

Here is it….
I bought this in Harajuku Kiddyland~* kawaii deshou?

Some people say it looks perverted LOL 彡`∀´)…. as in the FACIAL EXPRESSION!! Please don’t think negatively. XD

Nameko is actually an app for phone where you grow fungi and harvest them.

Here’s the PV for Nameko

They even have their own Nameko song! It was broadcasted in TV when we’re in Japan!

Nameko merchandises in the newly reopens Harajuku Kiddyland.

I wish I can buy more but I’m too poor for that.
Maybe next time. XD

I understand why some people never heard of Nameko, because I couldn’t find Nameko merchandise in Malaysia myself. (ノД`)

What’s your favourite Japanese cartoon character?

Ok, I’m off to bed now.

おやすみ! (-_-)zzz

School bag and luggage photo shoot

Hikari desu,

It’s almost a week since my last post.

Life has been quite busy for me.

Few days before, I have a school bag/luggage photoshoot for Taiping Poly.

It’s for the company 2013 calendar.

It was quite fun since I can try lots of bag/luggage samples.

The bags/luggages are very pretty and colourful.

The first shooting was colourful Summit luggage with Pixie

Note: All photos have not been cropped and edited by their designer. Hope I can get the editted version when they are finished. =DD

Tired of black luggage when you're travelling? The Summit luggages are so colourful and we were asked to dress up as Lolita for this shooting.

Lolita bags are always so small and it’s hard for me to carry all my stuff. The luggage bags look so candy and suitable for girls to travel around.  It also looks good even when you wanna travel as Lolita girl. (=´∇`=)

Lots of colour available. Luggages don't fall on me (>Д<;)

Second shooting was Haitop school bags for the coming back to school.
Shooting with Vincenn and Norain.
There are so many pattern and design to choose from!! All of the them looked awesome~~ High schoolers are so lucky!! I especially like the pink one with heart shape that I’m holding (●´―`●).

From the back view. It’s easy to recognize the person from the bag that they’re carrying!  XDD
My skirt looked so short (too much AKB 48 influence?). How I wish Malaysia will have checkered skirt as uniform ( TДT)

It’s really fun working with others (models XD)

With Pixie

With Vincenn (Norain not yet arrive when we are SSing TAT)

Some random crap, behind the scene shooting  (゜~゜)

Okay that's it for today. It's midnight now and I have important stuff to do tomorrow.

Till then...おやすみ!

I heart Harajuku

Hikari desu!

If you never been to Harajuku when you’re in Tokyo. It is equivalent to you’ve not been to Tokyo! LOL!! I’m joking. (w)

Anyways, today post will be a bit disappointing.

I know everyone will be so excited to know more about Harajuku, like what they have in Harajuku and what they sell.

But we did not take many photos because everyone is so busy SHOPPING that they forgot to take picture!!!! Σ(゜д゜|||)

One of the places that you must go when you’re in Harajuku is Takeshita Street.
It’s a place where you can shop to YOUR HEART CONTENT!!!
The street is just right in front of the Harajuku Station.

More shops = MOAR PEOPLE!!!

Japan stuff are always so expensive for us Malaysian due to the currency rate(YES, Ringgit dropped again, =___=). But the stuff they sell in Harajuku are affordable and at a reasonable price.

If you want to go shopping in Japan, it is recommended that you go during July-August period because they usually have massive SUMMER SALE around that time.

More view of Takeshita street

I’m sorry but I’m not very good in writing post about shopping, provided I have lack of pictures to show (most of the shops do not allow photo).

Some of the shops in Takeshita Street. You’ll find it if you walk along the street.
  •          Daiso: It’s a 100 yen shop (105 yen including tax). I visited the place everytime!!
  •          Matsumoto Kiyoshi: Your everyday make up need!! You can buy all sort of make up and fake eyelashes that they don’t sell it in Malaysia.
  •          Bodyline: Lolita fans should pay a visit to Bodyline. You have to go up the stairs but you can easily spot it. The picture above was taken from Bodyline shop. It’s opposite of Matsumoto Kiyoshi.
  •          390 yen shop: Quite hard to spot. It’s not along the street but you have to walk to alley. But there are staffs promoting their shop sign board at the street. Ask them, they’ll show you to their shop.
  •          Closet child: Selling second hand lolita, gothic and punk brand. Quite hard to spot. You have to go up the stairs.
  •          Liz Lisa: The overrated girly shop.
  •          Harajuku fashion shop (Wego, Jeansmate, Zenmall)

Along the street, there’s also this yummy crepe stall.

If you’re a Harajuku fan, you will want to pay a visit to Laforet. Laforet has most of the Harajuku brands that you saw in Japanese magazine (Kera, Zipper, etc).

But, be prepared to get all your money ripped off because the stuff there are shoooooo EXPENSIVE!! (for me)

It’s just a few walking distances from Takeshita Street.

They are having Panasonic’s earphone exhibition featuring Kyary Pamyu Pamyu!! She is cute and super famous in Japan. You can see her face everywhere in Japan~~ (=´∇`=)

Okay let’s go explore what’s inside Laforet. You are not allowed to take picture inside the whole building.

But we curi curi take some pictures. Here’s a picture as a sneak peek. afdsfhgjhkhjkjlj Alice and the Pirates and Baby the Stars Shine Bright!!!!! (>ω<)

That’s it for today.

Sorry I’m really sucks at this post. Because Harajuku is too much fun that we forgot to take pictures. XDD
