Mount. Takao

こんにちは!
Hiichan desu~~!!

First of all! OMG!! Sorry for not blogging for such a long time!!Σ(゜д゜|||)
Lots of things happened in October and I started working part-time.
October was not a great month for me. (ノД`) Well, whatever that passed has passed.
Life move on and we should concentrate on the future. ゝ(^O^)丿
Enough of babbling~ XDD

It's autumn now in Japan (well almost winter already).
I noticed most of my posts were summer related topics
So I'll take a break from posting about Hokkaido and post something more recent.

Went to Mount. Takao 2 weeks ago and it was AWESOME!
My first mountain climbing in Japan. It was super tiring, given I hate sports and will try to avoid at any cost. (~o~)
But the view was totally worth it!

We reached the top just in time for sunset! ゝ(^O^)丿

Can even viewed Mount. Fuji from Mount. Takao. XDDD

Also managed to stay till night view!

But it was so scary when we were going down the mountain. The road was TOTAL DARK! Lucky with the advance of technology, we got our phone with us! Hahaha! Funny none of us bought torchlight! (゜~゜)

Lastly, famous food that you should try at Mount. Takao are soba and dango!
Tempura soba~

Dango! The darker one was black sesame flavour~~<3
Both tasted awesome!

 Grape soft-serve cream

That's it for today!

I think my style has turned normal recently due to part time job. You're not allowed to have a bright hair color. So, I dyed my hair to dark brown.
And it's so cold now. I am wearing 3 layers of clothes! I can't stand cold and I really hate winter!! (´Д`;)
Don't really have the mood to dress up, plus it was for mountain climbing. So forgive my common/normal style.

See you next time.

Hokkaido: Otaru

Good day everyone.

Haven't been updating for ages.
Just finished my school exam. Everything seems good so far.(゜∇゜)

It's getting cooler here in Tokyo, guess autumn is here already~! Goodbye summer (ノД`). I really enjoyed myself during summer~ Hope autumn will be good to me too! Hahaha XDDD

OK let's continue with Hokkaido post!
Went to Otaru as well during my stay in Hokkaido.(・∀・)

View of Otaru~

Some of the views above were taken when riding rickshaw. Thanks to Inu-san (<---I can't read all the Kanji on his name tag. There's an Inu kanji there so he said he was fine with that! ごめん~ My kanji is too bad) (ノД`)

Otaru also has lots of interesting crafts such as glass and music boxes.

Hokkaido is also well known for marimo (moss ball) but I don't think the shop sells any real marimo, replica perhaps?. The real marimo is a protected species in Japan at Lake Akan.

There is also an English guide on how to take care of your marimo.

That's it for today. I got so much backlogs of pictures!!!
Need to work harder!
Good night~

Hokkaido: Okurayama Ski Jump

Good day everyone!

Well, not really a good day today. We have typhoon here in Tokyo today.
All my shopping plan has been canceled. (<--- this is also the reason why I am updating post today? XDD)

Went to Hokkaido last time and gonna start posting little by little regarding the trip.
I am too lazy to post much (*゜―゜)

I was really thankful to the Tachibana Family during my stay in Hokkaido. (*^_^*)

Went to ski-jump the first thing I arrived at Hokkaido.
It was where the Winter Olympic took place.

Ride cable car up for a better view of the city~ (=゜ω゜)ノ
Price stated at the photo below XDD

Tachibana-san~~ Up up the hill~ ≧∇≦

The whole view of the Sapporo city~~!!
Super prettyyyyy (ノ゜o゜)ノ

Blur photo. Is either my camera was being nasty or I was too stupid. I didn't realized the auto focus lens had set to 'Manual Mode'. (>Д<;)

See you next time~

Going for some sunflower viewing tomorrow~ The weather better be nice tomorrow! ゝ(^O^)丿

Kamakura: Temples and Beach

Sorry for not updating my blog for such a long time.(´;ω;`)

It's summer in Japan now!! They have heaps of interesting events going on (SALE, beach, fireworks and summer festivals)
And today was a public holiday in Japan called Sea Day (海の日).ヽ(´―`)ノ

Went to Kamakura during my school holidays. It was my first time going there so was sort of excited~!

First visit to the Engakuji Temple (ノ゜o゜)ノ

Second visit to Meigetsuin Temple, also known as Hydrangea Temple. Didn't really go in though because it was a bit pricy to look at hydrangea. Besides, I have looked at them more than enough. XDD
For hydrangea flower post, click here.

So just a hydrange picture for now. It feels so nice to have someone to take photo for you LOL.(*´д`*)

Next visit to Great Buddha. Is a MUST VISIT place when you go to Kamakura.

Not only they have Great Buddha, they also have GREAT Japanese Sandal? (is that how you call that??)(・w・)

Last visit to the beach~~ 海だ!!\(^o^)/

Actually there's nothing special about the beach. The water was not as clean and the sand was not as soft. But since we were not going in, so it was OK! And it was my first time going to the beach in Japan. So, sort of excited! (´~`)

Well of course we had lunch and walked a little in the city. But I forgot to take photos. Gomen (>Д<;)

I guess that's it for today. Will post more pictures and do less typing. Not sure what to write about LOL XDD.

Next time will be about Hokkaido.

Till then...oyasumi~
